Welcome to the Wellspring of Life

The Hebrew word for "heart" (לֵב, lev) in Proverbs 4:23 is used metaphorically to represent the center of one's being, not just the physical organ. From this "wellspring," all of life's springs flow, including thoughts, emotions, and actions. The wellspring of life, or the heart, profoundly influences every aspect of our existence (everything flows from it). Life will reflect the matters of the heart. The other key is to understand that all things flow and the quality and importance of guarding it.

Here at Wellspring of Life, we attend to and attune to the matters of the Heart and teach people how to guard it moving forward. We do this while drinking and drawing from the “source” of Life, Jesus Christ.

Wellspring of Life is a sanctuary for healing, transformation, and growth, inspiring profound change through enriching experiences. Here, individuals are enriched, equipped, and empowered in their well-being through coaching, counseling, and transformative workshops.

This is where healing, clarity, and freedom collide in one’s mental health care journey, fostering personal growth, empowerment, and enrichment, and enabling each person to thrive.

Our holistic and collaborative approach to counseling, coaching, inner healing, deliverance, and workshops uses innovative, evidence-based treatments, drawing from biblical principles and various methods when applicable.

We believe that achieving a healthy balance through renewal and restoration can enhance your wellspring of life, fostering your wholeness, interpersonal competence, mental stability, and spiritual maturity and propelling you into abundance and empowerment.

Counselors, coaches, and instructors respect the diversity of clients. We understand that all counseling and coaching are values-based. We are grounded in biblical principles. We have a clear scope of practice and will not proselytize or impose our values and beliefs on our clients. We can also help you find what you need if your presenting issues are not within our scope of practice.

The Well

We believe that spiritual deliverance and emotional and physical healing are part of God’s restoration plan, which is found throughout the Bible and especially prominent in the New Testament.
Inner healing and deliverance, within a spiritual context, refer to addressing and releasing emotional, psychological, and spiritual wounds to experience wholeness and freedom, often through prayer, counseling, and biblical principles.

Mentorship Program

Wellspring of Life will offer a structured mentorship program for women. This program offers guidance and support for spiritual development, emotional intelligence (enhancement), and personal growth. This format will be a group format and we will meet both in person and online. If you are interested in this service please let us know.

Wellspring of Life is an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not bill or accept payment from insurance directly. Some insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for mental health services.

We provide a “superbill,” the document insurance companies require for out-of-network reimbursement. Before booking, call your insurance to ask about "out-of-network" benefits and learn how to submit an out-of-network reimbursement claim.

Payment is due on the service date via credit/debit card, check, Health Savings Account, and Flexible Savings Account (HSA/FSA). There is a $3 processing fee for credit/debit card and HSA/FSA/HRA card payments.
