Research shows that community work and meetings can be very effective and have a significant impact on people's lives. These workshops (gatherings) provide a special opportunity to build community, explore personal needs, share experiences, support others, and develop strategies to address various challenges related to mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Workshops and gatherings are offered throughout the year, often featuring guest facilitators who are experts in the field.

Classes are held in-person or online and vary in cost.

Inner healing focuses on addressing the emotional and psychological wounds within an individual's "soul" (mind, will, and emotions).

Deliverance ministry is aimed at freeing individuals from spiritual strongholds or demonic oppression that may affect their spiritual, mental, emotional, or physical well-being.

Both are seen by some as part of a process of spiritual growth and healing, helping individuals overcome challenges and grow closer to God.
