What this event is all about: Life is not just about going, doing, and being; it's also about ensuring that our Wellspring of Life remains healthy and whole along the way. We are called to have stewardship over many areas of our lives, including our emotions, our minds, our wills, and our intellects. The word of God addresses this area (heart health) over 700 times in the scriptures.
Paul and Evelyn have a mandate on the earth to help enrich, equip, and empower others in healthy re-alignment, while creating environments for healing, growth, and thriving.
Emotional intelligence (EQ) refers to the capacity to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict. It's a crucial skill for personal and professional success, influencing everything from relationships to career advancement.
Spiritual intelligence (SI) refers to the capacity to understand and integrate biblical beliefs and values into daily life, fostering a sense of connection with God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It's about finding meaning, purpose, and connection in life, and using these insights to navigate challenges and live a more fulfilling life. Unlike spirituality, which is a broader concept, spiritual intelligence is considered a distinct ability that can be developed and applied daily.
Leadership intelligence is a multifaceted concept encompassing various abilities that enable effective leadership. It extends beyond traditional notions of intelligence, encompassing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the capacity to build relationships and navigate complex situations. It's about understanding how one's actions impact others and the broader context, and adapting leadership styles to achieve optimal results.
