In this class we talk about the different and helpful stages one can intentionally go through to be able to not only forgive but to release the pain and the aftermath of brokeness due to the need to forgive.
Forgiveness is about acknowledging the pain, accepting the hurt and loss, making a decision to forgive, and working toward a place of healing and, potentially, reconciliation if its safe.
Key truths are that forgiveness does not mean condoning the behavior, and it should not be confused with trusting the person again.
This is offered once a year at Wellspring of life. This class is from 9:30 am-12:00 pm
